Stephanie grew up in a small coastal town in south Texas with aspirations that those city walls could not contain. After exploring an education in environmental science, she decided to turn down the path that had been knocking on her mind’s door- a creative career in the Culinary Arts. Stephanie had always dreamed of a life that would impact people in a powerful, meaningful, and personal way that thoughtfully married the components of science with artistic creativity. Once discovering the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts, this dream proved possible. Realizing that combining the science of plant-based nutrition with artfully assembled, flavor rich, and texturally pleasing foods was the key to a fulfilling career, she hopes to inspire a healthier and happier lifestyle in the hearts of others.
